Dr. Kapsner has been in practice since 1982. He received his undergraduate degree from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN. He then attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic where he graduated in 1982.

He practiced for four years in Minnesota before moving to Texas and opening his own practice in 1987. Dr. Kapsner opened up a second office in north Austin in 1995 and a third office in Round Rock in 1999.

Dr. Kapsner is a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association and the Travis County Chiropractic Society. He is certified by the American Academy of Disability Evaluation Physicians to perform impairment ratings. He also is certified by the Texas Worker's Compensation Commission as a designated doctor.

Dr. Kapsner has two sons and enjoys softball, golf, reading and movies.
